Return Policy

All returns must be approved and assigned a Return Material Authorization Number

Items eligible for return may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee of 25% is applied to all voluntary returns with the exceptions listed below. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at (302) 366-7640.

Items Eligible for Voluntary Returns

If the product received is correct and returned at the buyer's request, customer may return material within 30 days of purchase at a $10 minimum or 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and no shipping will be refunded. Products must still be in original unopened packaging and unused.

Items NOT Eligible for Voluntary Returns

ALL ITEMS sourced specifically for an order are not eligible for return and cannot be cancelled once order is placed. Any custom items that have experienced, cutting, heat treatment, testing, coating, etc. are also not eligible for returns and also cannot be cancelled once order has been placed.

Orders with errors

If there was an error with your order, please contact us at (302) 366 7640 or contact us at sales@kglilly.com. You may be required to send pictures of the error, along with a packing slip or receipt. Any errors determined to be caused by Kenneth Lilly Fasteners will not have a restocking fee applied and standard shipping back to the facility will be covered. Any product used will not apply.

Shipping Issues:

Shipping issues (including but not limited to: packages damaged in transit, or non-received packages) can be addressed up to 15 Days after the date of order placement.
